Mothering Sunday cheesecake

Antoine's mother is obsessed with finding the perfect cheesecake, so we got her this one from Villandry in Fitzrovia today, for Mothering Sunday. It was nice, denser than most cheesecakes but not dry enough for my seal of total approval.
